Default Kyosho Universal Question

I need to replace the pin that holds the front/rear universals together and is locked in by the set screw. Does anyone know the size of that pin, or better yet a part number for A-main hobbies would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for the help!!

I can see why you want just the pin those suckers are expensive. Amain does not seem to have any type of pin set. I know the losi part not that helps you. Take your caliper and measure the length and diameter in mm and I can check if there is anything close in the losi pin set. That's the same problem I had when I had a str parts were a mystery and fndng them even worse. I have a buddy that drives a strr I can give him a call and see if he knows if you want.

Rcgeezer I talked to my buddy. He used to own a hobby store in Hayward and he still gets his parts from the distributor. He told me there is no way to rebuild that universal you have to replace it. That sucks. So if anyone else knows I will be suprised. Anyway measure the pin and I'll see if I have something close.

Maybe consider to replace with fioroni and then have the pins replaced if they wear out...
