the pullstart on my car is like skipping the bolt like i dont think its the pullstart but plz help

Did you check to see if your 1 way bearing was slipping? Take the recoil start assembly off, take out the 1 way bearing and clean it good with some carb cleaner or nitro cleaning spray, re-install and see if this fixes your problem.
