avid bearings are great. Low cost. Low maintenance - just toss em and put in a new one. They last well and are inexpensive.

Avid Bearings hands down. your looking at spending about $1.00 per bearing wich is a great deal and great bearings.

Wow a buck a bearing! From my count the ae bearings are about 4 bucks a pop. How long do these guys last for you guys? I got about 5 gallons through my ae ones and there still going kind of.

I like to change bearings every gallon and I dont like the protek brand. Anyone use protek and then avid? I had a set of avid rev. that came with some modded hubs and they lasted awhile.

Losi bearings are very expensive. The only losi bearing I like is the HD clutch bearings they last forever.

ProTek bearings are garbage. The balls of protek bearings are held in some ways very loose and can cause the bearings to sieze
