I run the protek 1600 packs. They work good for me and last plenty long enough for a 30 minute main. Havent ran anything longer.

I use an Trinity IB 1600. It works great and I can get an easy hour to 1.5 hours on a charge with high drain 9100's or 7955's.

It's not a perfect fit, I have one in my 8T 2.0, you can't close the lid all the way....

I run the OFNA 1700 and the Stickman 2500 and they're both good. The hump fits better up by my steering servo than the Stickman but both work. The Stickman is a little heavier though...

I build my own 5-cell 6v Rx packs using Sanyo Eneloop 2000maH NiMH cells. I've run for nearly 2 hours straight and there was still plenty of juice in them. I'm running the Futaba BLS352 as my steering servo and the BLS452 as my throttle on my truggy.
