Im running one of them. It has a little over 2 gallons on it and havent had any problems with it. I have completed all my qualifiers and mains without a flame out. Nothing at all. For the money you cant go wrong. Im running it in an 8 2.0 with dynamite 086 and for a 3 port it runs like a higher end engine. Im actually thinking of getting another and sending this one to monty for a mod job to see what it can do then. I ran it this past weekend and was pitting at the 8 minute mark to be safe. My pit guy said I had about 1/4 of a tank each time.

Not sure about this years' version but last years' version was an easy 10 minute engine in the Losi 8 for me. With a JP-3 pipe it was super smooth and would scream. I had the rod come apart about every 4 gallons. But I'd clean the case out, put in a new rod, and just go. These engines are like tanks, can't kill em. I've got about 10 gallons on that engine and it has become Ole Reliable. It always starts, always close with the tune, and just needs very small adjustments to be back on pace. It's awesome.

This year I tried it for a race with the Dynamite 053 pipe and gained lots of mid range power (as expected from that pipe) and it doesn't quite scream like with the JP-3. However the engine still gets with it and still has the smooth power band. oh, oh, oh, oooohhhhh.....I'm Lovin it. LOL
