Guys,

Could you clear up a question for me?

I'm new to 1/8 scale outdoor racing and need to work on my set-up, and just need to confirm something.

Does Mugen (and others) rate their springs so the larger number is softer???

I was looking at MBX6 springs on A Main for front and rear and the larger number was listed as XXSoft.

The higher the number the softer the spring, the number is the number of coils on that spring. I personally have put a different colored piece of shrink tube on each pair/set and have a chart listing them as you know the tags will fall off..
