Default Chassis weight balance

Does anyone know if there is a standard for the weight balance on a truggy or buggy chassis, To be more specific is the weight supposed to be 50 /50 over the front and back wheels or is it something else like 60/40. someone have any input. I would appreciate it.

Its whatever gives you the best balance of steering & stability. All cars are a bit different & require different weighting. The hard part is finding a way to find how much each corner weighs if you want to go that far. Small postal scales are cheap at office stores or costco but a little over the top considering how much off road cars perma-tweak after use, onroad is another story.
