You can prob use a losi clutch on it (I think drake does it or at least used to, I think he uses maybe a protek clutch on his car now?)
note I highly doubt a Tlr bell will fit. You’ll probably have to experiment with Bells to get the right clearance. I don’t have a mugen but just figured I’d tell you the info I know.
Everyone said you can’t run a tlr clutch on a hb car and what I did is use a novarossi 13t bell on Tlr clutch and worked for wjth hb. Not saying that will work for you.
but try some different bells maybe on it or maybe get a protek clutch etc.

here’s drake handing maifield a os at worlds 2018 with what appears a losi style clutch. They both were running mugen then.
