looking at my spur again. And really examining it. I noticed that the teeth are rounded off very slightly on one side. Nothing like my bell, which damn near has a valley in the teeth (Not a big one) I mean does the spur have to be perfect?

I will get a new mugen in august and take my lumps with this one. Use it for spart parts, at that time i will probably re sleeve my engine too. gears have to be absolutley perfect every time you race???

Dreaux- I wouldnt take any advice from that dude. The spur doesnt have to be perfect. If its really chewed up then it will eat up clutch bells but more than likely its fine. Unless you have gone through quite a few clutch bells, the spurs last longer than the bells.

I also hear that you got wheeled buy a dude in a yellow dress?!?! How did you do at LARCC this past weekend? Did you win??

put my new springs and clutch bell on (racers edge) the new bell is not as long as the mugen. I put all the shims on it and it still has a bit to much play. It has about a whole milimeter of play. Maybe a bit more. Is this ok??? Would it hurt anything?
