Its hard to tell but it looks like there are some pieces of aluminum or gouges on the bottom crankcase just below the rod!

The guy said he rebuilt it the bearings have 1 and 3/4 gallon and the conroad piston and sleave have 3/4 a gallon on it.

What should I do from here?

pull the piston sleev rod and crank and heat up the engine, when its hot stick the crank in and use a mooden dowel inside the crank bore to push the rear bearing in so its seated properly.
Also check the piston and sleeve for scoring or gouges around the ports.

Also If you buying an engine used and the seller says there is anything less than two to three gallons on it or its not brand new, chances are they are lieing. No one sells engines that quick unless there is something wrong with them, unless they are new.

Not true. I have a Go 5-port for sale that I put 3/4 of a gallon through. It was broke in by Pro Twister Mods and runs perfectly. I am just done with nitro. Not everyone selling nitro engines is evil!

Not everyone but a good percentage of people, either that or every engine has a gallon to a gallon and a half of fuel lol.
