Default Which is the better buy?

I was wanting to know which one would be the better buy and why? The Futaba 3pk or the Futaba 4pk.

Ask yourself this question?
Are you skilled enough to really need more than a DX3R?
I don't like futabas because their more difficult to navigate than the M11 or M8.
If I had to buy a futaba I would buy the 3pk. I don't see it necessary to spend $500 on the 4pk.

DX3R Awesome pro level radio for an awesome price. I wouldn't use anything else anymore.

Not a big fan of futaba radios and definately not a fan of the price tag that comes with them. They are extremely heavy compared to many(3pK that is). 4pK is just too much $$.

4pk is a beautiful radio. I tried to order one from A-main and it figures its backordered now. But the 4pk is far advanced over the 3pk.

well to actually try and answer your question I just bought the 3pk and so far I love it was looking at the 4pk I did not think it was worth the extra money for the the few extra features that I will never use

Test both of them if you have access to them. Their both good radios. I personally run m8 or m11! very good and reliable radios. They have a good feel to them too. If you had to make a decision between those 2, go with 3pk!

I am with Alan: do you really need a 4PK? I always use Sanwa myself. I have a M!1 and like it because it has also features I use on my boats such as a 3rd channel for remote needle adjustments etc. If your current transmitter is working fine stick to it.

I have both of them and I think 4pk better. Is lighter even if you yse lipo in 4pk. 4pk fits also great in hand and has better steering wheel. Buy 4pk .

I really like my 3PKS, I actually like the extra weight. I didn't like the lightweight feeling of my Spektrum. Plus the wheel resistance is very low. Lastly, the Futaba's have a much nicer fit and finish than the Spektrum, the Spektrum feels very cheap by comparison. The Spektrum is more user friendly though, they didn't an awesome job on the software.
