This is one of the best threads ever.... even better than the dozens of "whats the best engine" "RC8 vs. Losi"

Sorry, the TQ SX8 is the same as the Nanda NRB3 or whatever it is called. Made in Taiwan I believe, or maybe mainland China.

well by those calculations it still would be cheaper then the kyosho and with a more just reasonJ/K

To me it does matter where things are made. This country was allowed to become a country that spends and not make. How long can that sustain
But i don't want to ruin this great hobby with politics and economics.Just wish there where more options

You need to look at wages and cost of living in Japan. If you think it is cheap, you are mistaken. That's why cars from Japan (as opposed to China) are pricey.

But yeah, Kyosho is overpriced IMHO.

kyosho x ray and corrally are sold on alot of online shops here in usa unlike crono and other european models or american made; what ever they are?I'm just saying it would be nice to have the options. I tried to google crono rs9 and not one hit came up where to buy one.

As far as I know RS9 is still in prototype stage (RS9 is designed for USA tracks), the RS7 is readily available thought.
