Default T-Maxx 2.5 Transmission Adjustment

Here is the link to the T-Maxx 2.5 Manual or look in your copy if your truck is new. Page 36 is the 2-speed adjustment page...

http://www.traxxas.com/PDF-Library/4910-08_manual.pdf

You probably need to readjust the screw that changes the shift point...

If adjustment won't fix issue, contact Traxxas for assistance. I hear they are great on warranty repairs...

9 times out of 10 its not the 2 speed but rather the engine. If your running too rich and the engine cant get up to RPM then it wont shift. Normally the problem ive had with them

+1 with slipknotanfitch, There's a small chance your tranny needs ajusting sounds like tuning sents you just got it broke in, mine wouldn't shift till it gets warmed up it needs the RPM's from the engine to shift bad tune no shift.
