Default how good is the traxxas 3.3

Ive heard they rip then i heard they break everybody here seems like they know their stuff Thanx

I've always had good luck with the 3.3's. There are some people who had problems with the rod breaking (since the 3.3 used the same rod as the 2.5).

I always made sure the engine reached 200F during break in, and after break in I tried not to run them lean and I sold both my maxx and revo with engines still running strong after 3 gallons through each. The 3.3 has decent torque and revs pretty high as well. For the price, I think they're really good engines.

good engine's just have to watch the rod + inner bearing after 2 gallon's....

mine is at about 3 gallon's and the rod + bearing are cooked but the pinch is still FRESH!

preheating these during brek-in is a MUST IMO

it sit's in my box now lol

My revo runs like the devil is coming for it.
of course i upgraded to the Rb concepts engine and stinger.
but i have no bad thoughts of it.
great truck though as well.
go get it ,you'll have a ball with it.
are you racing or bashing around the park.
