Default Engine Help Rb S3

I just broke in my rb s3, ran 8 tanks per heat cycle method getting the motor around 230 on the last 2 tanks and i ran it this past weekend temping 245 when it came off the track. I took out the glow plug and the motor has no metal pinch, but good compression......my question is, does this sound good to you guys?

I think it will be fine. As long as you has good compression and you have a good steady idle. What plug are you using? I have the older MSC s3 and it runs like a crazy horse!! It has ok compression and it seems to get faster with every gallon.

some of the motors are like that: can't feel the pinch but compression is good.

i've got 2 RBs and sirios; they've good compression but i cant feel the pinch! AND they're FAST!

I would not worry about that. I got that same engine no metal pinch. However she still runs like a raped ape. You should richen it up some though. 230 is optimum for that engine and will still make great power. RB's like to be slightly rich on the bottom.

It does sound good to me that engines fine. 230 is where I would run it if it leans your safe at 250. If it richens your still going to have good power at 210. I ran RB#6 plugs.
