Default help please

I am trying to shorten the kick up in my front end. My rear end had alot of squat i have fixed that, but my front end is still at a very high ride height. They have all thease plastic insert bushings some have the holes high, some in the middle and some low. On the uper arms there is two sets, on the lower arms there is one on the aluminum bracket on the front. My question is which hole will lower my ride height???? I keep expierimenting and am getting very frustrated with taking apart my front end. I am on the verge of stripping my gearbox out. Someone please explain thease inserts for me. I am new to this and just don't want to mess my car up. my front end is apart now, and this will be the last time i put it back together for now.

thank you and please help
