Hi everyone.

I kinda need some adivse on what to change next on my Losi 8 B for performance. My problem is the back end. I cannot seem to get it tight and feels really loose in the back.

I am having a problem on the turns and getting it squared up to hit the straight. It seems that when going into turns the back end spins out and when coming of of turns its loose as well. I just feel like I have no grip and the buggy dose not want to plant itself to the ground as it keeps bouncing all around the place.

I cant hit the straight full power due to this.

Here is my current set up what should I try next to tame it down for more grip?

1) Shocks were just serviced with recommend weight
2) Sliver springs in the front and green in the back
3) AKA City Blocks Medium
4) Diffs front 5 middle 5 rear 2

go the next size up with the rear swaybar, that will help keep both rear wheels stable.

Try to play with the rear roll center, camber and toe angle. Good luck

Perhaps lower the rear ride height to get more weight transfer back there.

Increasing rear toe in will make the car plant the ass end when you get on throttle.

I was actually going to give the opposite advice.. Remove the swaybar all together.

I was having a similar issue with my TC and removed the bar and it stuck like glue into and out of the corners.

A longer rear camber link will really help stabalize the rear of the car. Moving the outer mounting position out one hole on the hub will make a big differance. For less of a change you could move the link in one hole in on the tower instead. For me that just wasn't quite enough improvement. I did try the link even longer. The car felt real good but my lap times really dropped off. So don't lengthen it too much.

That was one of the first things I tried on my 8B and, it didn't work very well. Running the lightest sway bar in the rear is what seems to work best.

You might try moving your rear shocks out on the tower a hole or two. Hudy setup book says " outer holes = less mid corner grip, more traction into corner and squares up better on exit."
