Hitec's are good and they do have a good warranty but I have never had luck with them there isn't one I haven't gone threw usually the engine just starts acting up or the case messes up the only servo's that give me luck are the JR's I got 4 to start with and I've only have problems with 1 and they also have a nice warranty.

yeah, I sent in a 5955 that just stopped working. got a 7955 in return. Ironically the 7955 I bought while waiting for the warranty work only lasted two days. It was notchy from the start and would only turn 90 degrees when off. I'm sure they will replace it. It is brand new and I have receipts so I don't anticipate any problems. I just will have 3 steering servos now lol or put one on the t/b if my futaba 9351 ever dies. it's survived a year in a Losi so it's a beast!!

i sent in three servos and they repaired them. i had no receipt and all three(5955tg, 5995tg, 5945mg) were 3-4 years old. they didn't send me new servos, but i'm still very pleased with their customer service! i think it depends on the tech that gets your servos as to whether or not they get replaced or repaired.

The Lazy tech sends you new servo's...the hard working reliable, responsible employee (tech) fixes them

I have been running the JR 9100's for the last year since they came out and they both have gone bad. JR replaced them no questions but while the 9100t was at JR I purchased a 7955 to use and I love it. JR replaced the 9100t with a new one and it just sits in my pit box. I have a 7940 ordered for throttle duties. I just can't see purchasing any other brand. The quality and precise movement of the servo is far superior to any I have used. Hitec produces quality servos.
