For all out power and torque, I like to use the Hitec 5955 or 5995 which have been replaced by the 79XX series. For throttle control I always use and trust futaba digitials for most of the nitro powered vehicles.

JR would be tops in power and warranty. Not sure on speed. Top quallity for me is Futaba or Airtronics. Top of the line Hitec's seem to be really tough.
My choice, Futaba BLS352 or BLS351. Go brushless...... Got a BLS351 coming in the mail for a back-up. Right now I'm running an Airtronics "Rock Crusher" in my truggy and love it. It does suck the power though.

Don't get me started with JR.. I ran JR for almost 2 years, and i found myself flooded with servos. I'd have 4 in my cars, 4 in my box, 4 at JR service getting repaired. what a nightmare! I have been running the futaba BLS's now for almost a year, and haven't blown 1. No BS I must have sent JR 15 servos in 2 years. My friend who runs for JR even had problems with the 9100's.

Hitec 7955TG is also 333Oz of torque
The 7955TG is also supposedly unregulated LiPo safe, for something like 370oz of torque...
They're probably still availiable for dirt cheap, as the new officially LiPo safe servos are coming...
The new 7950TH @ 6 volts is good for 403oz of torque
