when you put a smaller insert in do you mess with the epa. thanks

you can but its not crucial...your only sucking in so much air. as per the idle...you set that with the Venturi Out.

Leave the epa as it was and retune.

that is what i heard to do. i have always adjusted the opening to match the insert so i was not sure of how big a difference it would make. so i guess most put epa to WOT and just retune to whatever insert they use
