rb engine question

i have a rb C6 engine just wanted to know what engine temps the like to run at and what i should stop the engine at ???

we ran last weekend in 70 deg weather, 231 at the end of the main, 218 at the end of 6min heats, good smoke about 9 1/2 runtime, motor has almost a gallon.
