Default NR or OS

NovaRossi or OS. Used them both and never had a problem yet. I've always used their low budget engines to. Both companies have stood the test of time with consistently good engines. Brett.

I've been thinking about trying that engine. Is it turbo or standard plug? What carb adapter(s) does it come with? I haven't been able to find out much about it online but externally it looks just like the Jammin JPX21 but with a blue head.

actually thats the wierd thing.. there isnt alot of other info out on it, except on the Team Picco website, but even then the info is limited. i believe it still only comes with the stock 8mm carb (other venturis can be found on www.nitrohouse.com) but almost all of Picco's engines look similar, but the internals are different and if i remember rite (dont quote me on this though) the JPX is a 7port??? and actually almost identical to the EVO2

the little brother to this engine is the BAS i believe.. (again dont quote me) and it ain't no punk either, the 3R is just heavily tuned and turbo headed.

not to butt heads, but the JPX is listed as 5+2
the Evo series is listed as the same (5+2) but is considered to be a 7port...

Default Picco

I hear the Picco .21 sport model (P3) is a good deal. It's Italian quality, at a mere $110. Pick er' up at AMAIN for that and a good Dynamite 053 for $160.

Have fun - Andrew
