Default re-break in for a pinched VZB V-spec

i just got my v-spec back from massive mods, new bearings and a pinch, how much fuel should i put through it for running in (pinch) i put half a litre through it idling and slow driving, is that enough? i also ran it rich as

You should put another liter and half more through it.

it really depends on teh style of pinch, when I get my stuff back from OSROCKETS I treat it like its new again and do the whole process all over, then once broke in change the rod and let it eat.

Yup, I would treat the motor like it is new. Once you see the motor starting to gain revs as you go through your break in process you'll know it's time to lean it a bit at a time.
