vspec break in help
 
ok i got my vspec put all back together but i was just wondering...

during breakin should i use ONE copper gasket or TWO? ive only read one but idk

its a mix between the heat cycle and idle thru tanks.

Same method i used on my Extech. The key is to keep it in the 200 degree range while running it around. I used a piece of aluminum foil and a ziptie to try and hold a little extra heat in the head. Nothing will kill a motor faster then dirt, and running it too cold. So far so good...............
