Default e racing shocks ??????

I was just curious has anybody tried the shocks from e racing for the ae gt2 with the external oil resevoirs i got a set in today and they are some awesome looking shocks but the problem is that the fronts were about a 1/4 to long second with the the preload nut backed all the way off you just about have to stand on them to compress them has anybody had this problem
