Wink What is you Driving style?

Hey guys... Im a little bored, so thought would start-What could be a interesting thread. What is your driving style like, or what style do you think is more consistant.. ect

My style, is a bit varied at the moment. I have just done my 1st race meet.. came 1st in the C final... lead by 3 laps.. with 2 engine-Cut out issues.. bl**dy Go engine

But, Then same occured in B so had to End it. My style I would say could do with being a little smoother on the throttle/brake.. Im pritty darn quick, but I think I could get little better runtime too. On my New V-Spec im getting 9 mins.. with stock 8 Pipe-Changing soon..

But yea, what are your view's on driving style's are you silky smooth, On/off on the gas.. Varied.. Do you Blip the throttle alot?? ect..
Bring on the comments haha

Yea, Im slowly becoming smoother on the throttle.. And once I get my JP-4 I hope to get some better runtime too.. Is the track you run on smooth, as Mine.. has 1 or 2 jumps, you have to really punch the throttle to make..

People who read with Braille are blind.
Blind drivers aren't good.

Run full throttle until you hit something. Change direction, run full throttle until you hit something. Chage direction, run full throttle etc. etc. etc.

For me slower is faster....I dont drive punched at all, but Im just really getting active in racing again after a looong break as a kid racing 1/10 elec. stock/mod 2wd's. But I like to try and be smooth and steady keeping all 4's on the ground as much as I can.

I'm still trying to find mine! I have been into Nitro RC for 8 years but I just started racing about 6 months ago..When I concentrate on not crashing, I drive slow as shit..when I go for speed I crash all damn day..so my current driving style is either slow and steady, or fast and crash...either way I come in 4-8th

Yea, I would say Im probally a little to heavy on the gas/brake.. but then I still produce fast lap times..my fastest was about 4 secs off the Top British driver's fastest.. on my 1st meet.. its the fact the A-Main guys do that lap every lap. Im pritty consistant too.. but would like to become, slightly more fuel friendly.. but I can drive it smooth and consistant.. and can Push real hard and do well, its trying to find the happy medium..

Dont be afraid to tame your engine with your throttle epa or a smaller carb restrictor. Sometimes you can run faster that way. For instance Hara at the worlds won using a very small restrictor in his Speed engine.

I have a smooth driving style which usually works quite well for me. I am usually 1 second or so per lap slower than the fastest drivers locally but I make it up in consistency.
