Questions?? calling all 1/10 nitro trucks

my names kolten, i moved to iowa 3 years ago, i just got back into my RC racing. i found a local track, "hobbyplexraceway" but the told me no one races 10th scale nitro truck anymore. this season i want to race but they want to through me in with the monified electric guys, i would say im at a disadvantage. dont you think? well if this message gets arounds fast enough, im trying to get some 10th nitro truck people to race this season. if anybodys interested please email me at [email protected] and let me know if yall are interrested in making a class this season. please folks i really want to race, but im not gunna waste my money to race with a class of monified electric guys. we all no who will win that.

thank you, kolten

I don't know if you will lose aginst the mod trucks, I have raced aginst many a mod truck and won!!!! You can not beat a good set up and a strong engine!!!! Good luck in geting the class back up and running.

I would say just get out and race. Whether they put you in with electrics or not. The point is to just get out there and have fun regardless.

Don't feel bad. If I race at the local track I have to line up with the truggys.

Not sure where in IA you are, but the MN Nitro Series routinely has B and C mains of 1/10 nitro trucks.

I have to say the same... locally and nationally it has seemed to disapear which is ashame because it is a fun challenging class...

Locally at ST.Louis dirtburners there hasnt been a 1/10th gas truck class in years where before back years ago it used to flood with entries... we can't even get enough to run a class now

attention to the class in general has dissapeared and needs to be revamped kinda like 4wd electric came back...
