At my home track we have one jump that you can not guarantee to clear every time. If you crash it's 8 second average to get flipped and away again.

Average laps in 5 minute qualifyer is 8, a 9 lapper can just about be clipped. No one has made 10. You need consistent 37 second laps to make 9.

Point is, you crash there 5 times and you have lost a lap. In a twenty minute final you cross it say 35 times at least... I only ever jump it if i am seriously on my game and/or on someones tail.

And that's how i try to drive, smart and smooth... however last night i was out on the track on my own and was pained at how much of a blipper i am. That has to stop...

if your driving buggy i believe corner to corner is the quickest way around the track. that is the way i try to drive. its easier said than done lol. truggy i think fast tracking is slightly quicker.

That is funny. Sounds like me driving my old st1 pro or the time I tried dirt oval and went left too fast and hit the wall and road it till it went over and hit the wall outlet and shut the whole race down. battery charger, PSU and computer and lap counter were plugged into it.
