Power switch for 8ight?
WTF. I was assembling my new 8ight-T 1.0 roller and looked all over for the power switch in the parts bags. Then I see "switch not included". ^%$#!!
That makes no sense to me. Is this the one I need for the 8ight-T: http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...oducts_id/4031 Thanks. |
Yep that one will work. I don't think any pro level kit or roller comes with a switch. Thats part of the electronics.

thats the one i use. its a little short tho. i barley reaches the battery box, its a good switch tho i have had zero issues

My losi 8 buggy 1.0 came with an option of a switch and no switch both outlined in the instructions and included in my parts bags are housing covers. i had a left over switch assembly in my parts bin.

only cars that come with switches are rtr's

Thanks for the replies. This is the first kit/roller I've assembled. I opened the box from my M11 and found a power switch in it. I feel kinda silly.
Boy is my face red. |
FWIW....Switch's fail....I personally dont run them...i use JST connector's for the fact they actually "bite" on each other and they are nice and small.

i run the jr and switched and i have never had one fail

i have had good luck with jr switches also, i know alot of people that dont use switches because of failures though, hasnt happened to me yet, i usually change them out every time i switch cars, which has been often this last year
