O.S SPEED

I just bought a O.S SPEED and put a 7mm restraint on it. Any tips on tuning? And about how long do they last.

factory spec needles is bout where i run mine. mine has 5-7 gallon on it and runs strong and fires quick

one tip is to never touch the mid needle. I never touch mine. seems like it only causes trouble. Also the low speed needle normally runs about flush with the housing.
