What other source do you fellas use for your R/C updates. I raced motocross forever and i had a couple good magazines i read to keep up to date with all the latest and greatest. What does this for Nitro R/C?? Thanks Dudes!

For me..Nitro Off Road..I like RC Car, reminds me more of a moto magazine, For an all around RC magazine that's good Xtreme RC Cars, I think that they do have the best editor in Derek, one of the best MT writers around..Skinny..cant really go wrong with either, nod for off road goes to RC Car though..

im aware of most of the internet stuff, thats why i asked for a magazine, you know, stuff you can read on the couch or toliet or whatever!

I subscribe to car action,extreame,& RC Car & sometimes pickup rc driver depending on if I have any real books to read on the crapper or if I have to go to an inlaw function. The only one I actually believe for write ups is RC Car they are actual racers that write.All the others are writers that go to practice days for their impressions. I must say though when hippy was around I liked him alot(another real racer) & skinny is easily the best part of his mag,I apreciate that he is a true RC nut job & screwed up in the head like me & most of the RC addicts I hang out with.But I say again stephen Bess & Aaron Waldron at RC Car are the only 2 I actually take at face value.Most people in Socal have raced with both of them & can vouch for their ability & character.

NEO is also the first place I look for new product & gossip.The mags are all 3 months behind them.

I'm not gonna get into which is best and or why, etc....but just a little FYI...take it with a grain of salt. I race weekly with Dan Gomez, Matt "Chewy" C - I won't try to hack his last name :P -, and Kevin Trudell, among others. All of whom are regular contributors to RCD.Also, Greg and Frank do race from time to time, as much as they can
given they do have a mag to produce.

All in all, if I had to choose, I guess I would prefer RCD, simply because of proximity to me. But I would read any of the 4 major mags if I had them in hand.

I have RC Car Action, and I'm starting to HATE IT!
Probably great if You run Traxxas, Losi or Associated, sucks bigtime if you drive Mugen.... They've mentioned the D8 barely, and showed a picture of the MBX6 :roll:
