Default rc10gt diff lube?

so what diff lube should I use? I am having a tough time finding the one to use and or the best for all around bashing...
Any suggestions would be nice .

Also does the engine size matter? I'm running a 3.3.When I got the trug it had a rough spot in the trans, then I killed it with 2~3 high speed passes. I am putting a stock plastic diff gear back in it, I want to keep the parts nice and light, but have concern about stripping. Would the RR unit be that much better?
Thanks guys

I'll post some pics of my mess of cars later, maybe a vid of my friends tmax jumping onto my trampoline
