stripped plastic threads

What is the best way to fix stripped plastic threads? I must have accidentally cross threaded a bolt and before I could stop myself the damage had been done. Any suggestions?

use a longer screw.

what i do in a pinch, is i coat my screw with some CA glue, screw it in, allow it to dry, back out the screw and screw it back in, usually works for short term use.

A little CA glue in the part let it dry works forever.

teflon tape or CA glue as a quick fix

get a new plastic part as permanent fix
