My buddy glued the brush to the bottom to avoid any chance of the screw holes allowing the Simple Green and water combo to leak out. Works like a charm!

tire/whitewall cleaner from carbrite or total performance tire cleaner w/toothbrush

If you can find it, Simple Green spray foam works well. I finally searched on the net and ordered a case. No water to ruin the foams and you get a clean tire in the end.
