The fioronis were always in stock because at $289 or omething a piece they would be teh cause of quite a few divorces

the rc8 only needs a couple of updates. Like the big bores and better caputured hingepins and like said above better bushing. the car is greatthe way it is. If my mbx6 doesnt work out at motorama I will be getting another rc8 for sure. I dont know why people say its fragile. I beat mine to death and I never broke a part.

Default rc8 issues

i have ran my rc8 once and can tell you it is fast but it needs a few things to be fixed steering batt. up front which ihave done to mine already. it also needs a wider rear schock tower that mod alone is about 100 dollars to do it right what sucks is car is fast when its not broken butr is expensive i could almost have bought a mp9 (junk) for what i have spent modding my rc8 i just switched to this car from losi and like it but the trouble getting it going is frustrating and am trying out the z car for back up

my 3 biggest complaints besides from all the stuff you have to do/get to make the car good. the plastic is not of a good quality. how heavy the car is. and some of the sizes of the hinge pins are ridiculous, smaller than my 10th scale hinge pins.... that and the upper arm issue. the next gen buggy will be something to be had tho. i think associated has learned a ton and it should show on the next car. i will endure until then...
we all know how ae is.... they don't settle for 2nd best at anything, especially not design.

It seems that most of you want what you think you need... think of this they dont run on clay! think of those that dont want to buy a $1000 kit...

I think in its form now its a winner... if they must, release a update pack... so people dont have to buy a new kit....

At the toy fair you could see the RC8E featuring the steering mod already. It has a receiver box beside the servo, so I guess it's only a matter of time 'till we'll see a new radio plate featuring this box.
It's a shame no updated car will be available soon 'cause mine needs a replacement and I'm not willing to buy another "old" one and start heavy upgrading
