Default which head fits which motor?

Ok I have a Sportwerks .26 v2, the head was blue, I tried to de-anodize and it still has a blue tint to it.. so finding an ad on here for the trinity phat head.. will it fit the Sportwerks or maybe even the GO 5 port?
(I currently have a go head on the sportwerks..but I don't like the gap at the bottom)

There are two 4 bolt options for the cooling head.. one for the OS/Vspec one for the RB/Novarossi engines..
Which fits the Sportwerks? which fits the GO-tech
Both can be found on Amain here CLICK ME

I can't speak to what heads would fit, but you definately don't want any gaps between the head button and heatsink.

Pretty sure the nova based ones fit the sportworks stuff. Not sure about the Go stuff.

you might jump in the Go thread and ask if any one has put a different cooling head on one. I would have guessed the go would be the same as the Nova based stuff. I know with the B mod heads they fit both nova and OS maybe the bolt pattern is loose enough to accommodate both?

Anything for a nova engine should fit the sportwerks. I have seen aftermarket novarossi style heads on the mach 427 which is pretty much identical to the sport werks. For the go I would assume it is the same thing but im not certain of that.

as long as the head is fully over the head button the gap shouldn't matter. It would depend on how the head is designed but that gap really doesn't matter. now if the head is not fully seated on the head button, that would be a problem but from the looks of your pic I think it is.

Go, nova, and os all fit each other. There is a company called Nova rc look them up on ebay or you can go to their site and they make these super nice polished alum heads and they are quality and cheap like $30 or so I had 1 a while ago and they have each engines name engraved on the top along with Nova.
