I would replace the tank or you could be chasing it for a while...

I've had good luck fixing leaks with shoe goo, but you've gotta be able to pinpoint where its coming from.

Try immersing it in a sink full of water. Def look at lid and seal, they cause a lot of the leaks. You could just shoe goo the seams - that's where the leaks I've fixed have been if they were not the lid or seal.

R1harper.. are you sure the leak is from your tank? I would check your fuel filter..if you use one...

no filter...just line and the engine is not leaking either. it started the tale tale signs of a leaking tank so i shut it down. i put it under water and no bubbles, then i put a small line on it and gently put pressure on it with an air com. and with just a little air if i keep the pressure on it the lid will open but i cannot open it by mouth...so i will just get a new one. unless someone knows a way to fix it.

I had numerous issues with my Losi 8ight tanks for a while. I went through 6 of them in a matter of a couple months. I tried several different methods of sealing them, but nothing seemed to work. I finally sent them back to Horizon Hobbies and they sent me new tanks. Figures that now that I have 5 spare tanks, I haven't had a leak in over 6 months!
