Default .21 front bearing?

has any one used the avid rc bearing for there motor. the motor is a os rg i dont know how much time is on it iwas going to get a pinch and change the rod. so i thought maybe it might not be a bad idea to change the bearing out.

i have always used the boca bearings.. i am sure avid will be good also they make pretty good stuff
