I wanted to get some hype and information started about Mugen's new truggy. I spoke with Kris Moore over at Mugen USA and he said details are very limited and he believes (not definite) Mugen Japan has done R&D and started testing on the new truggy already. Anyone with more info, add it to the thread.

I sure hope so, over at the mugen forum team drivers are already calling the release for the first of the year. They sure seem to be really limiting the info on it which suprises me considering the MBX5T is no longer being produced.

Maybe so but I want to be competitive in more than one class. I have been thinking about a truggy for a while now and once I see the drawings of the mbx6t I will most likely get it. oh btw ran the mbx6 at parkton today, ran incredible. Lior is still having engine problems even though we changed to a hotter glow plug and put my carb on it...

Ok so Kris Moore told me that drawing and information should be released at the beginning of 2009. The car will then most likely be released late march, early april.

I am very interested in the 6t too. If it is anything like the buggy, it will be a hard machine to beat but I hate giving up on my Jammin X2 as she is a dialed in machine.

Agreed! If the truck has all the same key features as the Mbx6 it will be a serious contender. I loved my X5t and cant wait for the 6T.

I think the disappearance or fire sales of the 5T was a pretty good indicator that the 6T was coming. Sure Mugen understands the longer they wait the more they lose in sales. And they can't expect people to buy a 5T when the MBX6 has been out for a while.
