Default Jammin Setup questions

hey guys this last weekend i had a nasty run away. so im rebuilding my rig.

I have a Jammin Crt Pro with a OS V-Spec and 2050 pipe.

a buddy gave me his old BCe Pj2 chassis that he never used.

i'm going to do the small gear conversion and 16 mm shocks.

i was wondering if you guy had some good setups for the Diffs and shocks.

any information would work.

ALSO: does anyone know if the 48 teeth kyosho Center diff gear would work for the small gear conversion. the bce build requires the 50 teech kyosho center diff.

thanks in advance guys!

Default jammin

50 tooth matches stock gearing. if you use the 48 i hope its a long track as youll change your gearing. 7-10-3 is a good starting point with diffs, depending on your track you might try a setup like 10-20-3 or 10-30-3. trial and error and you can start with the setup for the x2.

You can also go to truggyracers.com to see what other guys with the PJ2 are or were using. Follow this link http://www.truggyracers.com/forum/index.php?showforum=57
you will have to register to access it but it only takes a second and you will be on the main site for BCE.

i went with x2 gears with 48 tooth center you'll have the same ratio as the new x2(diffs are 45/10 as opposed to hb's 43/10) yes the jammin is more expensive but I prefer to have all jammin and a slightly torque based setup

as for diffs I have 5/30/3 but thinking of trying 5/15/3 and see what that does for me

in the sbb's i have 45 wt with gry up front and 40 wt with blues(springs out back)

for the rest of the setup check truggyracers.com bce thread
