Adam, first off let me say how awesome it is your taking time to answer Q's here on the boards. My fellow racers from here in Boise got a chance to meet you at the Man cup and they had nothing but nice things to say.

Now here is a somewhat left-field question for ya.. I currently use a spektrum DX2 to run my 8ight. I've been told by vet racers that I would heavily benefit from using a high end radio like the M11 or DX3R. What do you think? Is it just because of the expo or...? Would I get more "feel" from upgrading my radio?

What a difference. Who would of thought that there can be improvements on the best car out. But they did. One of the biggest things is you can rotate the car around tighter turns and get on the gas with more confidence. Hope you can get one soon, because your gonna love it.

casey, I'm not. Just gonna go out there for some "local" racing and see what comes of that for me. Those guys out there should push me a little harder than what I am used to

I would love to move out there though.

On the new buggy, have they fixed the problem of it eating up throttle servos?

On the original 8ight if you setup the linkage properly and set your throttle endpoint correct , there is no problem of eating servos .

Chill, your welcome to come check mine out any time. Been running it about 3 months now without any issues. I also did not have any issues with the standard version. But the tray has been redone.
