Tiltyard 500 Sept 27
Homer is looking to try something a bit different, so this year he will host
the first ever 500 lap race at the Tiltayrd. Classes offered will
buggy and truggy. We will do one 20 minute qualifier to set the grid
and shake out the cars. Only 15 teams will be allowed compete in each
class. Entry fee will be 100 dollars per team. He will give back 75% of
the entry fees. The top three get paid. The feature event should take 4-5 hours per class.
rules
3 member max per team
1 car
1 transponder
Not responsible for non working tranponders or hand counting
team marshalls own car
allowed to marshall for others
Must fuel car/truck on pit road
Change any part on the car/truck
Thats pretty much it for rules. You can use your team members any way
you want. One can marhsall, one can pit, one can drive. One driver can
drive the entire race if thats the teams strategy.

It's one of the most awesome tracks on the east coast www.tilted1.com is the forum and www.tiltedrc.com is the website for the store. also www.tiltyard.com is another site. they are also the makers of Tilted Fuel.

By far one of the sweetest East Coast Track. Homer's layouts are just sick and everything is off-camber.
Thats why the moto is "Even to be last....you have to be fast".

Its kinda lookin like a club race now,not alot of interest in the 500,but maybe he will have the 2nd annual Tilted World Championships or something, let him know if you wanna race at www.tilted1.com it would be a great time to experience the Tiltyard since there is no points series goin on.
