When are we going to see this thing released!? Tim bump said two months like 5 months ago! =[

They maybe waiting too see how it does at the worlds.

True... but I'm tired of waiting =];):flaming: I think it will do very well in the hands of kortz.

since hobao is part of ofna. i would think that alot fo people would figure out that they never release the cars when they say they will.

Haha No i notice they advertise it for a while before its release. It's annoying!

jus t a few guys from from Hobao racing will run the H9 at the world champ race... the other guys like Batlle, Hernandez, Svensson will stick the the H8.5... I guess that they still have mixed felling over the H9...

really... well H9 is a total redesign. kortz did pretty well with it at revelation. i heard the drake flamed out though with his losi.

I don't think that's the case, they have been using a super light 8.5 and they know the buggy very well, and they have had very little experience and run time with the new H9, so they rather use a car which they know well.

Better hope that Kortz makes the show. Not in yet according to NeoBuggy.

BTW, I bet HoBao is going to be surprised that they are part of Ofna. :lol:

Ofna is the distributor for Hobao, and Hong Nor They also distribute Picco engines, and Jammin products. Just Like RC America does for Xray.


As far as the Hyper 9. I was so fired up when I heard about this new buggy. The total redesign and all the new innovations, coupled with the fact that I was always a big fan of Hobao's products had me foaming at the mouth, especially that it was time for me to get a new buggy, but I have heard lots of negativity around this buggy, and I'm not sure how much of it is true or not, but it definitely got my thinking that I may have been making the wrong choice, and then the fact that the release seemed to never be coming, I just scrapped the whole thing and Bought the new Xray 808 instead. I am still really interested in checking it out if and when they finally release it. look what the tilted engine mount has done for the Revo.

well Batlle is using his 8.5 so I guess he's not quite happy with the 9 yet

idk I always thought it was kind of funny they put out new cars before the worlds. Another car to get used to and have to dail in.

HoBao USA needs to get their shiat together... I was a diehard hobao racing fan but not anymore... I switch over to Hot Bodies with the new D8 buggy..
