Default Hanging clutch shoe - replace or repair?

I have a clutch shoe that's hung up...again. I'm going to replace the springs since they're causing the problem but I'm curious if I need to replace all the shoes. One is obviously worn more than the others. If it's not in terrible shape can I get away with running two slightly larger than the third?

change em! Both springs and shoes, you'll be wishing you did it if you don't.

be sure that the shoes move freely on the flywheel pins without the springs on them.... even with new shoes. sometimes the holes are a little tight and need opening up a small amount with a dremel. also, check your pins on the flywheel, they wear sometimes and require either replacing the pins or tossing the flywheel altogether.
