I used to run Xray before getting my 2.0. Honestly if it wasn't for the countless DNF's from pinion bearings failing on my 10 spec I'd still own it. I know they came out with the new 3 bearing design but even so if I put new bearings in it lubed up per their instructions and can't make 3 heats and a main it's junk. Never had an issue with the earlier 808's. So I went with the 2.0 and have been very happy with it. Do normal maintenance on it and not 1 DNF yet. In fact I can get a few races out of the bearings without a problem. Handling wise, I think I could push my 808 harder but I haven't had as much time with my 2.0 as I did with the Xray's. As far as durability goes, just as tough in my opinion. No broken parts. They wear out before breaking. I think you'd like the 2.0. I like mine more and more the closer I get my setup to being dialed.

matters who you ask. there are people who like to drive full speed into a corner and wonder why it wont turn. i have no issues with turning with my losi, you will love it.

I got rid of my 808 because it pushed. I went to losi and it was night and day difference. Now I can push hard into corners like I want to.

Right now I'm the opposite. My 808 turned on a dime. Still working on that with my 2.0. It's better but still pushes. I just have to get the setup right for me.

wow...i have never spun out with my 2.0 rtr. i drove it box stock for a couple months. now i have drakes standard setup on it. it is alot more nimble now...almost too much, but i am getting the hang of it. some new tires would prolly help, but i am just running the tires it came with.

Couldn't help to notice where you 2 guys live that are pushing. It's not exactly warm out side, that oil is cold and so is the track.

Try another 1/2 degree of rear toe in and 1000 in the rear diff. That helped me out huge the last 3 weeks with the colder weather.

If your running inside forgetabout my post

here ya go:

http://www.losi.com/ProdInfo/Files/L...e-Standard.pdf

i am running it except i still have the stock rear swaybar, not running the adjustable pivots, and i dont know which piston is in the shocks. also the rear rtr shock towers do not look like the ones in the pic of the setup sheet.

i was amazed how much more responsive the car is with the setup on it
