Hello guys
I am rebuilding my shocks and wonder what would be a good starting point for oil? I'm using Kyosho Oil #700 at rear and #800 front
my diffs are 5 7 2
Any help will be appreciated

I have here oil 400, 500 and 600. Will go with 500 or 400 on rear and 600 front like you said . By the way is my diff setup good? 5 7 2? Sometimes I feel my car is spinning wheels after hairpin not sure with has something related with diffs, but I just feel it could accelerate better. The engines revs and the power in some way is lost

Buggy My diffs are like you said 5 7 2.
I was reading my car manual, and it says to put the shock shaft in middle of stroke before putting the diapfragm and cap. I was used to put the shaft all way down in on-road but just wonder what is the correct way to do in off-road

Building the shock is specific to the manufacturer. For the Kyosho Big bore, you fill them to the top completely, start the top cap onto the shock body, holding the shock angled 45 degrees with the bleed hole facing up, move the shock shaft in 1/2 half of its travel and rotate the shock body to close it while holding the top cap with the bleed hole still facing upwards. This will allow all the air to come out from the shock. Once you complete this, the shock should have complete travel in and out without any added compression or return at the end travels.
