No one really knows yet as not many have seen the MP9 race yet. But looking at the RC Pro series results they look even

These are both top of the line... and in my opinion nothing touches either one in performance.

If your budget allows the MP9 looks awesome on the track. We will have to wait a few months to see how the plastics and metals hold up.

The Xray is also now a "proven" top contender even when driven buy a lesser skilled driver. Its very forgiving and just a bit cheaper. The Xray XB808 has also shown itself to be extremely long wearing and strong.

Its a toss up if your not worried about the extra $200 investment.

Your comparing two porsche's. Do you want the $850 porsche or the $630 posche. Debating the best color to get your choice in would be easier. X-ray by a nose only because it's already out and hidden issues have been exposed. Hidden issues will be found in the MP9 every buggy has issues including X-ray read the 808 thread. Not major issues but issues all the same. Besides you could already have your X-ray on the track like yesterday.
