Default jato 3.3 help

i was out driving my jato 3.3 and for some reason i couldnt control it anymore (i was to fa out i think) it turned and hit a curb and i looekd it over for damage and i saw that the metal rod that connects to the transmission and the brake system had broken off the trasmission (the small plastic piece that connecrs to the metal rod had broken off the transmission)
i dont know what to do
do i need a knew trasmission case or what?
if you could respondthat would be so good

in other words

this piece is to the right of the rubber small piece that you adjust for the gear to change (looking from the back)
it is plastic and it connects to the transmission and on that metal piece there is a metal rod that goes into a 90 degree angle to the brake system and out to the front of the car this plastic piece that was part of the transmission broek off it had the metal rod on it

my question to you is will i need a new transmission case because this plastic peice was a part of the transmission
