Well, lets hope this Tamiya kit doesn't turn out like all of their others... produce them for 6 months then parts dry up and the kit disappears. Tamiya never seems to truly get into the full-production race scene. Not yet at least...

This kit is here to stay. This is a full race ready Truggy with all of the hop ups that you will need to race.

Tamiya only releases a brand kit new from the ground up every few years from my experience, they build upon platforms that they already have and release revisions to that, it's up to the customer if they would like to buy the brand new kit, or update what they have.
