Default changing from hot to cold glow plug

I just got a brand new engine and I got a few questions.

1. for the break in, I should be running rich right?

2. the stock glow plug on a LRP .28 spec3 is a RB5 which is hot. Well I have 4 cold plugs sitting around from my last engine (exact same one) so when I go to use those, what should I change on the engine?

Hey wes.... guess who?!

You will lean the motor, not much though. About 1 sometimes 2 hours.
